ETF5.x runs in Microsoft Windows 95,98,XP & 2000 as well as NT4.0 and above. Memory requirements are 65 MB for Windows 98 and 95. Windows XP, 2000 and NT require 128 MB for optimal operation with ETF software .The demo download is approximately 5 megabytes in size. Please email us if you have any problem downloading the demo. If you have a problem getting the demo to work please call us at (800) 301 1423 between the hours of 10 AM - 5 PM EST any day of the week.

If you have an emulator running on a Macintosh operating system, ETF may or may not work. A simple test method is provided to test ETF5.x with your computer is included with the demo download. It appears as a help topic whenever the demo software is run.

Upgrade Policy: 

Customers that have purchased ETF4 after September 1 1998 receive the upgrade free of charge. Purchases before this date pay only $100.00 USD for the upgrade. 

(1)The Creative Labs MP3 sound card will not work with the supplied drivers. These must be updated from the Creative site.

(2) If you are running Windows NT, shut down any virus checkers that you have running in the background before installing. The computer may crash if you do not. This should not be necessary with Win 95/98 platforms. This can be done by pressing ctrl + alt + del. A window will appear showing the programs currently running and provide an option for turning any of them off. 

(3) Laptop users should operate ETF with battery power to eliminate the possibility of laptop power supply noise from interfering with results.
